K2 Martial Arts & Fitness - Introduction to kickboxing with Sensei Pat

I just came back from my introduction to kickboxing class from K2 Martial Arts & Fitness, the home of international movie star Alain Moussi. The introduction class was done to prepare me for the K2XFIT Boot Camp class that I'll be participating in next Thursday. During this class, I was told that I'd definitely be working my cardio. Afterwards, I'll be trying their regular kickboxing class to master some of the techniques I learned during the introduction class.

When I first entered K2, I was greeted by Sensei Pat. Sensei Pat manages the place. He's also a great teacher that teaches jiu-jitsu, kickboxing and children's martial arts. He's been in the fitness game for a long time as a sensei, a kinesiologist and the North America representative of Complex Core. So basically, he knows what he's talking about. He taught me the 9 core movements of kickboxing (jab, cross, hook, uppercut, lead kick, rear kick, roundhouse kick, squat and push-up). During this introduction, he'll even help you choose the perfect plan for you. You might want to try martial arts to learn new skills or to improve your conditioning.

So far, here are my three reasons to visit:

1) K2 has a bilingual staff. This is very important for me.
2) K2's staff is diversified in a variety of martial arts and conditioning expertise. You could try some Krav Maga, Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and/or kickboxing.
3) There's an amazing promo on right now (6 weeks for 67) Whaaat?! That's amazing!
