Sky Zone - dodgeball


So it's been a while since my last blog post. I guess that's what happens when you break a finger and you keep hitting capslock because of your cast.

This is a throwback blog post because it didn't happen recently. Also, it happened in Toronto and not Ottawa (however, this workout can easily be replicated in Ottawa).

I attended my friends bachelor party in Toronto and we played a ''friendly'' game of dodgeball at Sky Zone.

At first, I didn't really think I was going to work out because it was ''just'' jumping on a trampoline and throwing a ball. I didn't bother to change and stayed in my jeans and polo shirt. It only took 5 minutes for me to be completely drenched and exhausted from all the jumping, dodging and throwing. You actually need good physical literacy to be able to time your jump and throw to have success.

We played for an hour and I really wished we could of played longer. Dodgeball with trampolines is a lot of fun so call-up your friends and go enjoy a game. You'll be physically spent and you'll enjoy pegging your friends with a dodgeball.
