THERIEN Jiu-Jitsu & Kickboxing Orléans

My wife and I tried Orléans Martial Arts Kick Boxing in February 2016. We showed up on a Thursday night and were immediately greeted by the staff. They were very nice at explaining to us how their dojo works. What I liked the most was the fact that all of the participants were eager to help us. I had already taken a few boxing lessons but my wife has never boxed or taken a kickboxing lesson.

We started the lesson with a dynamic warm-up to get our muscles ready for the session. We did some jogging and skipping. Once our muscles were warmed up, we started the fun part. We got to punch and kick and learned a variety of striking combos. What was really great about the workout was that our brains were tested as well to strike with the perfect sequence. We finished our workout with abdominal training.

I strongly recommend this class if you're looking at improving your cardiovascular system and want to sweat a lot. According to their website, they are still offering a free session. Go for it if you want to enjoy an amazing workout!
